Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals are only allowed via payment methods registered to the account holder.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Funds earned from bonuses are only withdrawable after meeting specified wagering requirements. Bonuses are valid for a limited period.
